7 gyms in Prague, each walked station by station and rated 1–10 on how much of a full Hyrox you can train there: sled push and sled pull, SkiErg, rowing, wall balls, sandbag lunges, farmers carry, burpee broad jumps and running. What the gym has, what it hasn't, and what that costs you.
The nine Hyrox stations, each weighted by how much it makes Hyrox what it is and how hard it is to substitute. The weight is a share of the rating, not of the race: running is half the race by time and weighs least here, because it can be done outside. Graded against the HYROX Pro standard — a gym that clears Pro serves the Open racer too.
Form Factory Vinohradská (8.7), Form Factory Cerny Most Hasso (6.7) and Max Fitness Sterboholy (5.6) come out best. The 1–10 rating says how much of the nine stations you can genuinely train there — every gym has the station-by-station breakdown, including what it is missing.
Form Factory Vinohradská, Form Factory Cerny Most Hasso, Form Factory Pragovka and Max Fitness Bila Labut have both. They are the two hardest stations to substitute — without them you cannot simulate the race.
Form Factory Vinohradská, Form Factory Cerny Most Hasso, Max Fitness Sterboholy, Form Factory Pragovka, Max Fitness Bila Labut and Form Factory Harfa have both. Each listing also says whether they are Concept2 — the machines the race is run on.
How much of a full Hyrox you can train at that gym. It is computed from measured facts — machine counts, weights, lane length, surface — against the HYROX Pro standard. Each of the nine stations carries its own weight, by how much of the race it is and how hard it is to substitute; a missing station costs more than its own weight, because it breaks the whole race simulation.
